AUDIT, CONFIGURATION & CLAUDE CODE SPRINT
One to four days. A system running on exit.
An Audit, Configuration & Claude Code Sprint is one to four days, onsite or remote, during which we build with your teams the workflow that unblocks operations. We code live, your operators learn by watching, and we leave when the system runs in production. Typical topics: tender response, post-acquisition integration, sales workflow, intelligence to structure, ERP queryable in plain language. Fixed fee or outcome-based pay. No day rate. Written deliverables.
Who it's for
CEOs who want a result before the end of the week
You have a bottleneck identified and you don't want to wait three months for a SaaS vendor to ship the feature.
Heads of operations who want to unblock a specific workflow
You know exactly which process weighs on your teams. We come build it with them.
Founders in M&A integration mode
Heterogeneous stack, scattered data. We build the operational bridge in a few days.
Mid-market companies who want to see Claude Code run on their real business
Not a trade show demo. A tested, deployed, documented prototype in your infrastructure.
How it goes
Flash audit (half-day)
We arrive, map the target workflow with the operators concerned. We validate together the sprint scope and success criteria.
Build live
Claude Code in hand, shared screen, your teams watch and participate. We iterate on your real data, not a theoretical dataset.
Test + deploy
We test with real users, fix on the spot, deploy in your infrastructure. Git-versioned, documented.
Handover and exit
Internal documentation delivered, transferable to a new hire. You leave with the running system and the autonomy to evolve it.
What you walk away with
- Operational system deployed in your infrastructure, tested on your real data
- Git-versioned code, in your repository or ours depending on preference
- Internal documentation : how it works, how to evolve it, how to debug it
- Your operators trained on the real case, not a theoretical example
- Continuity plan : what we can industrialize next (Setup or Automations)
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Fixed fee or outcome-based pay : you choose. Fixed fee: scope, schedule, written deliverables. Outcome-based: a share of the actual gain (savings, incremental revenue, time recovered). If the outcome isn't reached in the latter case, the variable part isn't invoiced. No day rate, no surprises.
How long does it take?
One to four consecutive days onsite. The format depends on the scope validated during the flash audit on the first half-day.
Do you code in our infra or yours?
At your office, in your Git repo, in your infrastructure. The code stays yours. We can host temporarily if the infrastructure isn't ready, but the goal is that everything lives at your place by the end.
What if we have no Git repo, no cloud infra?
We set one up during the sprint. It's even a useful deliverable : your teams come out with a repeatable environment.
Can we do the sprint without our operators available?
No. The presence of two to three business operators during the sprint is non-negotiable : it's what makes the system actually run at your place after we leave.
Difference from a classic consulting engagement?
We don't do slides, no audit ending in a drawer. We code live with your teams, we deliver a running system. No day rate, no disguised extension.
What comes after the sprint?
If the system needs to be industrialized or extended, we move to Setup (your team autonomy) or Automations (production workflows). If your teams are autonomous, we stop. We come back on call.
What languages do you operate in?
French, English and Brazilian Portuguese. Most sprints are run in France and across Europe.
