How it goes
Setup audit (half-day)
We start from your stack, workflows, teams, security constraints. We co-define the target configuration: which skills, which hooks, which MCP.
Install and configure
Claude Code installed on workstations or target infra. CLAUDE.md written for your business. Security hooks (audit logs, redaction, allow/deny). Custom skills. MCP connectors to your internal tools (CRM, ERP, file shares, business databases).
Hands-on training on real cases
No theoretical examples. Your teams learn by building what they'll use afterwards: a sales workflow, a monitoring loop, an ERP integration.
Documentation and handover
Internal docs delivered : how to evolve the setup, how to add a skill, how to debug. Transferable. Your teams take over.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Fixed fee or outcome-based pay : you choose. The fixed fee depends on the number of teams to equip, the scope of skills/MCP, and the level of docs expected. No day rate, no surprises.
How long does it take?
One to three weeks depending on scope. The install + config phase fits in a few days. Training and docs spread out to give teams time to onboard.
Difference from a classic Claude Code training?
Training teaches the tool. Setup delivers the tool configured for YOUR business. Your teams learn by using the environment they'll keep : not a sandbox.
What about security and confidentiality?
We configure security hooks from day one: audit logs, secret redaction, per-project allow/deny lists. Everything stays on your infra. Code and data don't leave the building.
Can we equip multiple teams at once?
Yes. The config factors : a group CLAUDE.md plus team CLAUDE.md that override. The more teams, the better the ROI per seat.
What if we don't have a tech team?
Setup is even more relevant : we configure an environment where your business operators can use Claude Code without permanent technical support. It's one of our typical cases.
Onsite or remote?
Onsite preferred for the install + training phase. Docs and iterations can be remote. For clients outside France, see the Remote international format.
Are we obligated to continue with you after the Setup?
No. The Setup is built to make you autonomous. We come back if you want to add a skill, unblock a topic, or industrialize a specific workflow.
