CLAUDE CODE AUDIT
The audit opens every mission.
A Claude Code audit is how every Parrit engagement starts. We come onsite for half a day to a full day, map your workflows with the operators who do the work, quantify three to five use cases with measurable ROI, and show you Claude Code live on one of your real cases. By end of day, you know what to tackle first : onsite Sprint, team Setup, production Automations, or Remote international format. The audit is included in the mission that follows. No slides. No day rate.
Who it's for
Founders and CEOs
You want to know whether Claude Code can multiply your team's output before committing to a multi-month budget.
Heads of operations
You have three to five processes to industrialize and you want to know which to launch first.
CTOs and heads of engineering
You're comparing Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot. You want a benchmark on your real workflows, not a theoretical demo.
Heads of growth and marketing
You're looking to automate GTM, prospecting, content. You want to quantify the upside before investing.
How it goes
Map
Two hours with the operators who do the work to map the real workflows. No generic questionnaire : we look at what actually happens.
Quantify
We put numbers on the real cost and time of each workflow. A use case without numbers doesn't pass the filter.
Prototype live
We start Claude Code on a shared screen and build a live mini-prototype on one of your cases. You see the tool running on your data.
Prioritize
We rank use cases by ninety-day ROI and write the action plan. You decide what to tackle first.
What you walk away with
- Written map of your key workflows and bottlenecks
- Top five Claude Code use cases with numbers (gain, complexity, time-to-value)
- Live Claude Code demo on one of your real cases
- Ninety-day prioritized action plan in make / buy / delegate format
- Honest call: what's worth doing, what isn't
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
The audit is included in the mission that follows. The overall engagement is priced either as a fixed fee (scope, schedule, written deliverables) or as outcome-based pay (a share of the actual gain : savings, incremental revenue, time recovered). You choose. If the outcome is not reached in the latter case, the variable part is not invoiced. No day rate, no surprises.
How long does it take?
Half a day to one full day onsite. Four to six hours of effective work with your teams, plus the writing of the action plan you receive within forty-eight hours.
What do you need to start?
A slot in the calendar, two or three operators available during the day, and read access to the tools you use (CRM, ERP, file shares). We sign an NDA before coming if needed.
What if we have no AI tools in place?
Even better. No technical debt, no deployed product creating friction. We start from your workflows as they are.
What does the audit lead to exactly?
To the engagement format that matches your case: onsite Sprint (one to four days of immersion), Setup for your teams (you become autonomous), Automations running in production, or Remote international if you are outside France and onsite doesn't make sense. You decide.
Onsite or remote?
Onsite preferred in France and Europe. For clients outside this zone, the Remote international format delivers audit, configuration and three to five automations without travel.
Are we obligated to continue with you after the audit?
No. The action plan you receive is usable without us. If you have an internal team or a partner who can execute it, that's fine. We come back if you call us.
Where are you based, what languages do you operate in?
Rueil-Malmaison, France. We work in French, English and Brazilian Portuguese. Most engagements are run in France and across Europe, with a few international clients on remote.
