What we mean when we call ourselves a manufacture

Parrit.ai is a French manufacture founded by Paul Larmaraud: company operating systems built to order, one client at a time, owned by the client at delivery.

Parrit.ai is a French company that designs and builds company operating systems: the AI system a company operates on, made to order for one client and handed over as that client's property. The company was founded by Paul Larmaraud, who holds the thirty-minute examination that opens every commission himself, on a video call. For three years we have built these systems for large accounts, SMEs and mid-sized companies, one company at a time. Commissioned, not subscribed. Everything we publish lives at one address, parrit.ai.

We call ourselves a manufacture. In software the word usually decorates a landing page. At ours it has a price.

A manufacture starts from an order

Everything we build exists because one company asked for it. The first act of any commission is an examination: thirty minutes with the founder, followed by a written diagnostic of where your flows break, and which operation is worth rebuilding first. You leave with a verdict, a written scope or a clear no. Terms come afterwards, in black and white. A workshop that quotes before it has examined is selling its calendar, whatever it says about your problem.

The work is done one piece at a time

Construction takes one critical operation and rebuilds it end-to-end, in your accounts, under your keys. It runs in production, with real users, usually within a few weeks. Then comes the rest, piece by piece, and each new capability raises the value of every previous one: the capability that detects a commercial signal hands the case to the one that follows up on it. We call that third phase Compounding, and the whole method, from Examination through Construction to Compounding, is written out on the Manufacture.

A manufacture signs what it delivers

Every system we ship is certified to the Standard: six commitments, identical for any commission. The state of the system stays readable at any moment. Every signal carries its decision, and every decision keeps its origin, so the journal is the audit. The way back is written in advance. The system belongs to you, and each new brick raises the value of the ones before. The sign-off comes from your team, at delivery. STD-1.0 is our own bar, and we ask clients to hold us to it.

The client keeps the object

When a manufacture delivers, the object leaves the workshop. Ours do too: code, data and documentation included, running in the client's own accounts. Every system we have delivered is owned this way, by the client, in full. Your team runs it without us. That is why we call what we build owned infrastructure: the asset sits on your side of the ledger, whoever you work with next.

It runs at ours first

What runs at a client's runs at ours first. Parrit.ai operates on the same kind of system it sells: more than 200 signals become decisions every week on our own infrastructure, received and arbitrated by the founder, figures current as of September 2026. The deliveries hold up after we leave. At a consumer brand, one dossier records 2.5 months recovered on a single reporting process. Today that reporting assembles itself and ships on schedule, and no one at Parrit.ai touches it anymore.

There is a quiet test at the end of every commission: our access can end and the system keeps running. The word manufacture was chosen with that moment in mind.
