How it goes
Video kickoff (1 hour)
Quick scoping on video : your stack, workflows, constraints, the three to five target automations. We validate the scope.
Remote audit (1-2 days)
We analyze the targeted workflows, quantify expected ROI, list required skills and MCP. Audit doc delivered within 3 days max.
Build over screen sharing (1-2 weeks)
Short video sessions 2 to 3 times a week. We code the configuration and automations together. Your teams see everything, ask questions, validate at every step.
Documentation and recorded training
Complete internal docs + Loom training video per use case. New hires onboard by watching videos. We stay reachable for 30 days post-delivery.

How much does it cost?
Fixed fee. The remote format is packaged to give a clear ratio audit + config + automations delivered. No day rate, no travel fees, no surprises. Quote within forty-eight hours after kickoff.
How long does it take?
Three to four weeks depending on complexity. One to two weeks for the build itself, the rest spread for kickoff, audit and handover.
What timezones do you work in?
Europe, US East/West, Brazil and Asia depending on the week. We sync on two to three fixed slots per week. Async work happens via Slack or equivalent.
Security : do you access our code/data?
You stay in control. We configure security hooks from day one: audit logs, redaction, allow/deny. Build sessions are screen-shared on your machine : code and data don't leave your side.
What languages do you operate in?
French, English and Brazilian Portuguese fluently. Docs and Loom videos are delivered in the working language of the user team : usually English for international remote.
